Have you ever wanted to try sailing? We’re gathering interest for our upcoming Learn to Sail Programs at Geographe Bay Yacht Club!
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to build confidence on the water, we’ve got something for everyone:
Tackers (Ages 7-12): Fun and safe sessions to introduce young sailors to the world of sailing!
Teens & Adults: No experience? No problem! It’s never too late to start your sailing journey.
Dates aren’t set yet, but we’re aiming to start in October.Courses starting soon
Teens and Adults: Tackers (7-12): Once you have done the first course
Learn to Sail 2: Adults and teen
This course equips participants with boat rigging knowledge and sailing skills to sail a dinghy on their own.
Course Prerequisites
Water confident, and the skills and knowledge gained in Start Sailing 1.
Who should do this course?
This course is designed for participants who have completed Start Sailing 1 and are wanting to learn and continue to develop their fundamental sailing skills.
Course Outcome
You will gain your Start Sailing 2 completion certificate.
