CAMPING

Tent Sites available on March 28, 29, 30 & 31 2024

Camping $25 per site per night

Camping only available to competitors, competitors family members, officials and others persons participating in this event.

Please be aware that camping at GBYC is a privilege that the City of Busselton allows for special Sailing events at GBYC  and all guests must comply with the City of Busselton regulations and the Environmental Protection(Noise) Regulations 1997 to ensure we can continue offering this amazing experience.

• Tents Only (Strictly no trailer campers, camper vehicles or caravans etc)
• All Sites are unpowered
• There are a total of 28 tent sites
• Tent sites will be marked
• Site numbers will not be allocated (first to arrive gets the best spots)
• All campers must log on to Event Camping Register when arriving and log off when leaving
• All camper will have access to GBYC shower and toilet facilities
• Noise restrictions apply after 10pm

MEALS

Friday Dinner - Friday nights are GBYC's social night and we welcome all regatta competitors, family members and friends to join us. The GBYC Galley will be open for orders from their tasty menu.

Saturday Dinner (Buffet Roast and Dessert) - Bookings essential via online registration for catering reasons

Sunday Session & Dinner (From 4pm) - All regatta competitors, family members and friends to join us for a relaxing, casual and friendly afternoon/evening. The GBYC Bar and Galley will be open

Sailors Lunches - A variety of wraps are available (Discount price for pre-ordered lunches via online registration). We highly recommend all sailors pre-order their lunches to minimise wait times. If you have dietary requirements, please email sailing@gbyc.com.au with the following info: Event, persons name, contact number and dietary details and we will look after you.

Breakfast - Barista Coffee - Lunches - Morning tea snacks - available to purchase from the GBYC Galley on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
