Event Waiver
Please be aware that camping at GBYC is a privilege that the City of Busselton allows for special Sailing events at GBYC and all guests must comply with the City of Busselton regulations and the Environmental Proection(Noise) Regulations 1997 to ensure we can continue offering this amazing experience.
These include:
1. All camping is to be restricted to the designated sites on the event site plan
2. A register of campers to be kept for each event;
3. Any person camping is to maintain the campsite in such a condition that it is not a hazard to safety or health;
4. Compliance with the event approval from the City of Busselton;
5. Compliance with the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997;
6. Compliance with any direction (verbal or otherwise) given by an Environmental Health Officer or Ranger or Geographe Bay Official during the course of the event;
7. Sanitary facilities to be illuminated at all times to a minimum level of 20 lux;
8. Aisles within camping area to be kept unobstructed at all times;
9. Aisles/access ways in camping area to allow for emergency access by vehicles at
all times;
10. Compliance with the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Act 1995 andRegulations 1997;
11. Tents Only - Camper vans or CARAVANS NOT PERMITTED.
12. NO VEHICLES PERMITTED ON CLUB GROUNDS OR LAWNS EXCEPT FOR DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS
13. Check in from 1400 hrs 29th November 2024
14. Check out no Later than 1000 hrs 2nd December 2024
15. Please retain ETicket for presentation upon arrival
16. Camping attendees must Sign-On when arrived and Sign-Off before departing on the camping Register at the Bar Counter
17. Noise after 10pm is to be kept to a minimum
