Camping Information

Camping $25 per night - 1 tent per site. Sites are roughly 4m x 5m

Camping only available to competitors, competitors family members, officials and others persons participating in this event.

Please be aware that camping at GBYC is a privilege that the City of Busselton allows for special Sailing events at GBYC  and all guests must comply with the City of Busselton regulations and the Environmental Protection(Noise) Regulations 1997 to ensure we can continue offering this amazing experience.

• Tents Only (Strictly no trailer campers, camper vehicles or caravans etc)
• All Sites are unpowered
• There are a total of 28 tent sites
• Tent sites will be marked as per event site plan below
• Site numbers will not be allocated (first to arrive gets the best spots)
• All campers must logon and logoff Camping Register at the bar upon arrival and departure 
• All campers will have access to GBYC shower and toilet facilities
• Noise restrictions apply after 10pm
• NO VEHICLES PERMITTED ON CLUB GROUNDS OR LAWNS EXCEPT FOR DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS
• Check in from 1400 hrs  6th November 2024
• Check out no later than 1000 hrs 9th December 2024
